Synopsis

There is English bread, German bread, and French bread, but no typical Japanese bread... a "Ja-pan" in short does not exist... Here is a unique opportunity to make a mark in the history of the bakery! This is the life goal of young baker Hiromi Daisaku who aspires to create the next Japanese bread! But alas, creating this "Ja-pan" is not as simple as Daisaku thought, and returning to reality is somewhat bitter for him. Finally, Daisaku's laborious little routine changes when a mysterious woman approaches the front door of his bakery.
