Synopsis

One night, Go-hyuk, a young man living in a dilapidated apartment building on the outskirts of Seoul, witnesses a strange phenomenon: the lights of many of the apartments across the street turn off simultaneously at 9:56 p.m. He believes it to be connected to the mysterious deaths that have been occurring in those apartments, and he plunges into a series of events to save many people from death...
