Celecia

Celecia is an elf girl that causes trouble for Louie and the gang. She is mistrusted by the girls but Louie takes a shine to her even though she could be dangerous. Later she seeks out Louie to help her balance the forces of nature by destroying a machine that has left the spirits out of control.
