Fujiwara

The Prime Minister of Japan and a high-ranking member of Eden. He's Nenene's and Toki's father, but only Nenene is legitimate as Toki has already disposed of his previous identity prior to becoming a Code:Breaker. Although Fujiwara appears to be a good-humoured man, he sees the Code:Breakers as nothing than tools.
