Jei Kokuren

Jei Kokuren is a representative of Kokuren and the Japanese counterpart of Bai-lan. To reunite the white and black lotus, his father and Sei's grandfather arrange for him and Sei to marry. However, Sei's grandfather respectfully rejects Jei's request to display both the Bai-lan and Kokuren seals together. Enraged by this refusal, Jei resorts to violence, leading an attack on Sei in an attempt to seize the Bai-lan seal by force. Although he succeeds in obtaining the seal and nearly escapes, his plans are thwarted when Jo intervenes, causing a dramatic confrontation that ends with Jei’s boat being destroyed after Jo shoots down the dragon head of the yacht.
