Mizuchi

A shikigami created by Shiranui. He wields the spear that impaled Byoki and is able to use water based onmyoji powers like his creator. He serves as the go-between for Shiranui and Renji as well. The kanji in his name is a reference to a dragon-like creature. (Source: furinkan.com)
