Richard Goat

A surgeon who is also a duelist. Dr. Goat dueled Leon Wilson by the roller coaster in Round 1 of the KC Grand Prix and lost to him. He is occasionally seen with two nurses accompanying him and even commands them to hand him his equipment like an oepration.
