Tomoko's Catcaller

A random man who accosts Tomoko Higashikata as she walks down the street. He attempts to seem friendly, all the while drooling over her. In response, she slams his face down into his own car door knocking out his teeth. He then demands Ryohei Higashikata arrest her, who refuses. (Source: JoJo's Bizarre Encyclopedia)
