A member of the Roviet Union's National Security Committee. A dedicated follower of Justice who pursues Lupin the 3rd under the belief that he killed innocent lives during a terrorist attack. She butts heads with Inspector Koichi Zenigata but considers his sense of justice admirable and consider him an ally.
