Mitsuo Tanabe

Mitsuo Tanabe is the patient in episode 10. He is the president of the Great Japan Newspaper Company and owner of the Mighty Japan Great Powers baseball team. He exhibits symptoms of PTSD when exposed to flashing lights or darkness, causing panic attacks and flashbacks.
