The owner of a loan shop called Tendor Lender, along with his assistant "Violetta". Tigre used his similar appearance to attorney Phoenix Wright to pose as him as part of a plot to frame Maggey Byrde for the murder of Glen Elg. He appeared as a witness in her trial one month later.
