Guinaifen has the appearance of a young woman with long, orange hair that is tied in a high ponytail on her left side, with a red lotus flower and a strand from behind along her right shoulder. She also has golden eyes with white, diamond-shaped pupils. She wears a red, strapless short crop top that has golden outlines and is attached to a choker by two black straps, with unattached red and white sleeves that have dark teal ruffles towards her shoulders. There is a golden bow tassel on her right sleeve, and she wears a brown corset with golden details. Her skirt consists of red, white, and teal fabric, all embellished with gold as well as a red bow on her left side.
