Vice-Minister Awataguchi

Deputy Minister of the Cabinet Research Office, who oversees the Siamese Cats. He organizes the "Siamese Cats," an anti-terrorism team, to distinguish itself from the Wehrmacht, which has a rigid chain of command. He is also a front-line career bureaucrat, and although he gives off a cold impression, he is concerned about Japan's future and devotes his life to public service.
