Tobio

Skyler (Japanese: トビオ Tobio) is a character of the day who appeared in episode 204 of the original Pokemon series, The Big Balloon Blow-Up. His dream is to become a professional hot-air balloon pilot. He convinced Ash and his friends, whom he just met, to participate in a Pokémon Balloon Race. His father Tenma lent Ash and his friends a Pikachu-shaped balloon. During the course of the race, Team Rocket sabotaged many of the competition's balloons and then cheated by using a rocket launcher on Ash's Noctowl and Pikachu. Skyler used his Fearow's Drill Peck to destroy Team's Rocket rocket launcher and save Ash's Pokémon. (Source: Bulbapedia)
