Hibana's Angel

He disapproves of Byakuya being a magical girl, thinking that his protégé, Hibana, is a much better contender for the role. He has a human body and a parrot's head, with a pair of small wings connected to his tailbone. He is often the target of Hibana's outbursts of rage. He has the kanji for "Saint" written on his forehead.
