Nishiwaki

Nishiwaki is a student in the same advanced class as Yukio Okumura. Nishiwaki seems to be a very forward individual. Amongst her friends, Nishiwaki seems to be something of the middle ground, not as driven as Kashino, but not as pessimistic as Omoto.
