Raikou

Raikou is a fraudulent faith healer, who teams up with the Hishimanji Guren Gang in order to bring ruin upon, first Takani Megumi and then the other doctors in the area. Their primary aim is to swindle and profiteer their patients and Raiko is known to favor the rich.
