Maki

Maki is a tiny hermit crab who Tatsumi saved from some bullying children. Maki normally has a self-deprecating, negative personality, but a little kindness brings out a bright, happy crab from his (literal and figurative) shell. (Source: shinkeikaku.wordpress.com)
