Jesús Colín
He was a Mexican voice actor known for being the voice of Master Roshi, Sheev Palpatine in the Star Wars prequels, Professor Porter from Tarzan (1999), etc. In addition to dubbing, he was a film, theater, and television actor. He retired from acting due to health issues after working on Star Wars Episode III. Sadly, he passed away on May 16, 2011.
