Aqua Minato

Minato Aqua was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Hololive from 8 August 2018 to 28 August 2024. She debuted as part of Hololive Generation 2 of VTubers alongside Murasaki Shion, Nakiri Ayame, Yuzuki Choco and Oozora Subaru. On 6 August 2024, after six years as a member of hololive, she announced her 'graduation' from Hololive, becoming the first member of her generation to do so. She set a new record for peak viewership during her final graduation concert stream, attracting 749,854 concurrent viewers, making it the most watched VTuber stream in history. During that stream her channel received US$237,571 in Superchat revenue, the second most of any stream in the VTuber industry after Coco's graduation stream. Following Aqua's graduation, her YouTube channel content remained online, including her members-only song covers, which were made public prior to graduation.
